Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II (Compliance Coordinator) for Athletics – Compliance. This position reports to the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and exists to assist with managing all aspects of compliance monitoring, including, but not limited to, student-athlete forms, recruiting activities, and playing and practice seasons. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists coaches in regards to recruiting contact and evaluation logs, reactive call monitoring, and team activity logs. Assists with the compliance oversight of sport programs in regard to NCAA rules education and interpretations, as necessary. Provides game day support at various sporting events.
