Essential Responsibilities:

• Supplier Onboarding: Manage supplier onboarding requests within 24 hours and progress each request daily until complete.

• Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous, and respectful responses to program users.

• Training: Train new program users on key aspects of supplier compliance and guide them through the supplier onboarding process and expectations.

• Raise escalations and improvement opportunities as needed to drive operational excellence.

• Maintains positive relationships with program stakeholders, key partners and Avetta vendor. Key partners are regional leaders, accounting and our internal system development team.

• Build upon process documentation to train Greystar India support team members on transactional process flows and identify areas for efficiency.

• Create reports to monitor supplier onboarding turnaround times to drive efficiency, program user satisfaction, and a strong partnership with our internal and external partners.

• Strong Excel skills to manage high volume onboarding and create reports with intermediate skills to include pivot tables and support data enrichment exercises.

• Adapts to change and is flexible to changing requirements due to a new system and vendor.

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience updating and maintaining supplier records.

• Previous experience with Avetta vendor and platform for supplier compliance.

• Previous experience with Oracle or Yardi to complete supplier setups for invoicing.

Location:

Open to remote candidates with preference for candidates who can work from our Charleston, South Carolina office.

Schedule:

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
