Key Responsibilities

• Manage NERC/SERC and CIP compliance programs
• Oversee environmental compliance (PCB, spill prevention, training)
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans
• Provide compliance training and coordinate across departments
• Stay current on regulatory standards and implement updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years in NERC compliance
• Strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
