The Medical Records Coordinator supports the daily operations of the College of Optometrys Medical Records function, ensuring the accurate,
secure, and compliant handling of patient health information. This role provides essential support to patients, clinicians, student providers, and staff by managing document imaging, responding to records and information requests, maintaining chart integrity within the electronic health record (EHR), and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state, federal, and university retention policies.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
1 year of relevant experience required.
Location: This is a fully on-site position, typically MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., with no weekend hours, offering meaningful work with dependable scheduling.
Pay Range: $15.86 - $20.74
Salary offer will be determined from candidate education and experience, internal equity, and budget.
