 Position Overview: &#xa0;Metalor is seeking a Legal &#38; Compliance Counsel to provide broad-based legal and compliance support across its global operations. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, the role serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders and functional partners on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters. The successful candidate will pair strong legal judgment with a practical, proactive, business-oriented approach and a collaborative working style. 
 Experience: &#xa0;The ideal candidate will have 5 - 8+ years of experience as a corporate generalist in a law firm or in-house, with demonstrated expertise across commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy. Experience in highly regulated industries, cross-border environments, and close engagement with senior stakeholders is preferred. 
 Location: &#xa0;North Attleboro, MA 
 Compensation:&#xa0; $190 &#8211; 200k base + 20% bonus. 
 Bar: &#xa0;Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.</description>
