The Director of Compliance Services is responsible for supporting the Senior Associate Athletic Director (AD) for Administration and Compliance Services in leading the administration of NCAA, CAA, and Towson University initiatives related to all aspects of athletics compliance. This position is also responsible for monitoring recruiting, playing and practice seasons, roster management, transfer portal, and developing rules education for coaches and staff. The Director of Compliance Services supports the Sr. Associate AD for Administration and Compliance Services with financial aid, institutional student-athlete benefits, NCAA Student Assistance Fund clothing allowance distribution, and other duties as assigned by the Sr. Associate AD for Administration and Compliance Services
Responsibilities for the Director of Compliance Services include, but are not limited to the following:
