Training will be provided and will require a signed confidentiality agreement. Job responsibilities as a Graduate Assistant in the TCU Athletics Compliance Office include but are not limited to: •Oversee and monitor student-athlete employment •Approve and complete paperwork process for unofficial visits for all sports •Approve and track occasional meals •Collect auto registrations and housing leases for appropriate student-athletes •Assist with initial eligibility evaluations of prospective student-athletes •Create and send out monthly compliance newsletters •Manage Compliance forms •Assist heavily in the background check process for signing and official visits •Audit complimentary admissions on an occasional basis •Assist in monitoring coaches telephone logs and NIL activities
