Position Purpose: Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships, the Assistant Director of Compliance & Training will assist the Director in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as institutional policy. The Assistant Director of Compliance & Training will work with the Director and Associate Director(s) to develop and conduct routine, small and large group, training on relevant and timely financial aid concepts. Additionally, the Assistant Director of Compliance & Training will also be expected to be fully trained in processing roles within the office, will help with customer service as needed, and will assist in technological improvements related to compliant process of student aid.Job Summary/Basic Functio
