This position will manage regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including 4 Title V air permitted facilities, waste, and water programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for multiple facilities, substations, and other locations to ensure compliance with Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), Resource Conservation and Recovery (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Stop Work Authority (SWA) and Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).  Essential Functions
