Iowa State Athletics is seeking candidates with a knack for public speaking, an enjoyment in understanding and analyzing NCAA rules and policies, and skilled at relationship building, to join our team as an athletics specialist II to serve as an Assistant Director of Compliance. This position will assist the Compliance Office in ensuring coaches, student-athletes, staff, former students, and boosters are informed of and abide by NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules and regulations. The position will initially have the primary responsibility of overseeing rules education. Examples of what you'll do: Create, coordinate and implement rules education programming related to NCAA rules, Conference rules, and ISU policies and procedures for the institution’s st
