Job Description: The Associate Director for Athletic Compliance performs duties to ensure institutional compliance with department, institutional, state, federal, NCAA and ACC guidelines. They assist the Director for Compliance with the overall operations of athletics compliance including compliance-related projects and other administrative duties as assigned by the Director for Compliance. This includes the interpretation of NCAA guidelines and by-laws (30+), education of athletes, coaches and campus units, and subsequent assessment of the implementation of said by-laws.
