The City of Santa Fe is recruiting for a proactive and knowledgeable Risk and Safety Compliance Officer to lead the City’s risk management, safety programs, and compliance strategies. This key leadership role helps ensure the safety of the City's workforce and the integrity of City operations.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in risk management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of safety throughout the organization. This individual will oversee safety initiatives, insurance programs, and compliance reporting while collaborating with all City departments to build proactive solutions and mitigate potential risks.
